Initially a discussion will take place with Martin when all of your requirements are assessed and a guide price will be provided
If that price falls within your ideal budget and you wish to move forward, then, if necessary, a site survey can be arranged
On placement of order, a 25% deposit is required which is payable directly to the manufacturer and we will send you a copy of this order
Following receipt of the order form and deposit, the manufacturer will send you directly a confirmation of order for your approval, which we also check, and this will include a provisional ‘week commencing’ installation date
If we have arranged for the demolition of an old garage, asbestos removal, base construction or electrical work, we will liaise with all of these trades to ensure that they are on site as agreed
A definite installation date will be notified to you closer to the provisional date and the final balance must be paid in full to the manufacturer 2 weeks prior to that agreed date
Erection generally takes place during the course of just one day but sometimes this can span over 2 days depending on the size of the project and the start time of the work
In the rare event of any post installation problems, please report them to us and we will forward your issues on to the manufacturer. They will then liaise directly with you to resolve these but we remain involved along the way to ensure your expectations are met
