Our Ordering Process
- Initial ConsultationFirst a discussion will take place with Martin to assess your requirements in detail. Based on this, we’ll provide a guide price.
- Site SurveyIf the guide price meets your budget and you're ready to move forward, we can arrange a site survey if needed to ensure everything is tailored to your specifications.
- Order Placement and DepositOnce your order is placed, a 25% deposit is required, payable directly to the manufacturer. We’ll send you a copy of your order for your records.
- Order ConfirmationAfter the deposit is received, the manufacturer will send you an order confirmation for approval, which includes a provisional installation date. We’ll also review this for accuracy.
- Coordination of Additional ServicesIf your project includes services such as demolition, asbestos removal, base construction, or electrical work, we’ll coordinate these trades to ensure they’re on site as planned.
- Final Installation Date and Balance PaymentA firm installation date will be confirmed closer to the provisional date. The remaining balance is due to the manufacturer two weeks before installation.
- InstallationMost installations are completed within a single day, though larger projects may extend to two days.
- AftercareIn the rare event of any issues post-installation, contact us directly. We’ll communicate with the manufacturer on your behalf to ensure any concerns are promptly addressed, supporting you until everything meets your expectations.
